Return Policy

Fall & Spring Semester Textbooks

All textbook sales are final after the first full week from the opening day of classes. Textbook refunds will only be allowed in the second week of classes with printed documentation of a dropped class up to the add/drop period Monday, September 14, 2015 .

Fall Session 2015: Classes begin Monday, August 31, 2015 and the last day for a full refund is September 5, 2015.

All refunds must be accompanied by a receipt...NO exceptions.

-New books must be free of all markings-pen, pencil or highlighting-no broken spine and/or creases on spine and pages.

-Wrapped books and books with access codes must remain unopened and in original purchase condition.

-Special order books are paid in full upon request. No refunds will be given on special order books or deposits.

 

 

Early & Summer Semester textbooks are returnable based on the official last day to add for that specified semester as when purchased. All purchases are final thereafter.

 Summer Session I: Classes Begin May 18, 2015 and the add/drop period ends May 22, 2015

Summer Session II: Classes begin June 29, 2015 and the add/drop period ends July 3, 2015

*Note: Excelled courses that run for 2 weeks are subject to a two day refund from the first day of the class.

ALL REFUNDS MUST ACCOMPANY AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT

New textbooks must be in unmarked condition and free from signs of wear may be returned with the original sale receipt. Shrink wrapped textbooks are not returnable if the wrap has been removed. Access codes must be intact and unopened.

 

Defective books can be exchanged for another copy of the same value with the original sales receipt within the same semester purchased.

We are unable to refund on the following items:

Access codes, micro slides, dissecting kits, and lab manuals

Study Aids or Test Preps

Calculators, Computer Software or access codes that have been opened

Special orders of books or general merchandize

Textbooks purchased prior to the refund date

Non-Text Returns

If you need to return or exchange merchandize, please print out our merchandize exchange form (under merchandize exchange) and bring original receipt. Please make any returns or exchanges of clothing or gift items within 30 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges on clothing will only be accepted on merchandize that is in its original, unwashed condition. A refund will be issued in your original form of payment.
